RETURNS POLICY
Your items are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Philippines, where we are based. Because of the geographical distance, we have the following return policy statement:
Himawari Bags does not offer cash refunds. The policy is only for "Store Credit Refund" only.

Returns are only accepted provided it meets the following guidelines:

Factory or manufacturer's defect / wrong item delivered.

Return within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

Item must be unwashed with all original tags/labels attached.

Items that don’t follow the guidelines will not be accepted.

Declare minimum shipment and value. We have the right to refuse any returns for duties and taxes charged to us.

Shipping is non-refundable. Store credit is only for the item purchased.

We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer store credit in exchange for returns.

Discounted and clearance items cannot be returned.

Items purchased outside our website are not eligible for returns or store refund.
