RETURNS POLICY

Your items are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Philippines, where we are based. Because of the geographical distance, we have the following return policy statement:

 

Himawari Bags does not offer cash refunds. The policy is only for "Store Credit Refund" only.

Returns are only accepted provided it meets the following guidelines:

  • Factory or manufacturer's defect / wrong item delivered.

  • Return within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

  • Item must be unwashed with all original tags/labels attached.

  • Items that don’t follow the guidelines will not be accepted.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Cost of the returns will be shouldered by the customer

  • Declare minimum shipment and value. We have the right to refuse any returns for duties and taxes charged to us.

  • Shipping is non-refundable. Store credit is only for the item purchased.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer store credit in exchange for returns.

  • Discounted and clearance items cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased outside our website are not eligible for returns or store refund.
